As a main contractor, we have to cover most finishing of the finishing trades, but this helps us manage the contracts more efficiently, there is no need to wait for any other contractors to finish their contracts. This also saves time and money.

 

Because we do our own designing, manufacture and installation on site. This will also save expense.

 

We are prepared to travel country wide for the larger contracts.

 

Shop fitting - we designed , manufactured & installed more than 60 Sandwich Baron franchise stores, countrywide. We have done shops for Mica Hardware, Biketique, Global Wraps, Coffee Matters, and are busy with the Firehouse Restaurant.

 

Signage - mostly runs hand in hand with the shop fitting, the franchise groups prefer us handling the whole projects. We also do individual signage contracts and sign and logo design. Periodically upgrades are required for a new fresh company look.

 

Kitchens & BIC’s — we started manufacturing and installing melamine kitchens and BIC’s in 2006. We improved the 2D design so we could do 3D rendered artist impressions. Although this proved time consuming our clients loved the fact that they could get a better idea of the finished product.

 

All kitchen cupboards & BIC’s are cut and manufactured in house at our factory in Benoni. We use top materials for our cupboards  The cupboards are finished off with whatever the client wishes, we can spray paint supawood for an Old Cape look, melamine for contemporary or solid/veneer wooden doors & panels for up-market finishes.

 

Decks & Stair cases — this is our most recent development. A great success from the 1st contract, as we were called on to sort out an urgent problem in Mpumalanga. At this private lodge and installed a T&G floor, rebuilt a wooden deck, designed a stair case with balustrades and handrails. Working from dawn to dusk to complete the work in time. The result speaks for itself
